WuWei LabsWuWei Labs

Your business runs on repetitive work.
It doesn't have to.

WuWei Labs builds AI-powered operations systems that remove the manual loops — document intake, routing, reporting, coordination — and ship as working software, not slideware. The systems we build run in production today, including a university platform that runs an entire department's teaching operations every week.

Free 30 minutes. We look at one repetitive process and tell you honestly whether it's worth automating. If it isn't, we'll say so.

How a pilot runs — schematic

Your team is brilliant. They shouldn't be doing data entry.

The pattern is the same in a tax firm, a SaaS team and a clinic: work arrives through too many channels, someone renames and re-keys it, and the people you hired for judgment spend their day coordinating instead of deciding.

Documents arrive through five channels

Email, portals, scans, chat, paper — and a person sorts, names and routes every one before real work can start.

Errors compound quietly

Manual copying between systems creates rework loops nobody budgets for and everybody pays for.

Growth hits an operations wall

Every new client adds coordination work faster than it adds revenue — until the workflow itself is the bottleneck.

One ladder. Fixed prices. Written exclusions.

Every engagement starts small and earns the next step. Prices are public because you shouldn't need a sales call to learn them.

Who we work with

Document-heavy firms in the DACH region

Tax, accounting and advisory practices drowning in intake admin before the real work starts. Pilots come with an AVV, §203-aware confidentiality and EU hosting — the paperwork most AI shops can't sign.

SaaS founders with an AI feature stuck at demo stage

The model works in a notebook; production needs evals, failure modes and monitoring nobody has time for. A fixed sprint closes that gap — senior engineer, your repo, two to three weeks.

Operations teams ready to retire a manual loop

Booking assistants, intake pipelines, reporting that writes itself. One workflow first, measured honestly — then we decide together whether to go further.

Student Hub — a university department's operations, in one system.

Assignments, submissions, grading, QR attendance, materials, announcements, schedules, dashboards and thesis tracking. Before Student Hub this ran on email, spreadsheets and repeated questions. Now it runs in one place — for the department's students and teaching staff at the University of Mitrovica's Computer Science & Engineering department.

The industry is education, but the pattern is universal: many roles, many small handoffs, work coordinating itself through people's memories. That's the class of problem we build systems for.

Agon Bajgora, founder of WuWei Labs

Built by an engineer who runs his own systems.

WuWei Labs is led by Agon Bajgora — a software engineer with 10+ years of experience, former CTO of a Swiss tech company, and Head of the Computer Science & Engineering department at the University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini”, where Student Hub runs the department's daily teaching operations. He holds an MSc in Informatics Engineering and is completing a PhD in AI, researching multi-agent systems, at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University.

The name comes from the Taoist idea of Wu Wei — effortless action. The best systems don't demand attention; they flow. That's the standard: software that quietly does its job, humans deciding what matters, and an honest “no” when automation isn't the answer.

WuWei Labs is small by design. No account managers, no junior handoffs — the person on the call is the person building the system. Research, qualification and reporting run on our own AI operating system, so you'll see how we automate ourselves before you pay us to automate you.

Straight answers. No fine print.

What we promise

  • A fixed price and a written scope before any work starts.
  • Weekly, visible progress — never months of silence.
  • Humans approve everything that matters; AI classifies, drafts, routes and flags.
  • Your data handled under a processing agreement, EU hosting on request.
  • An honest “not worth automating” whenever that's the true answer.

What we don't

  • No guaranteed ROI numbers — we measure before/after instead of promising it.
  • No “AI transformation” roadmaps. One workflow, then evidence, then more.
  • No replacing your core systems (DATEV, your CRM, your calendar) — we build around them.
  • No published metrics we can't verify — which is why some numbers here are described, not counted.
  • No lock-in: you own the code, the prompts and the documentation.

Frequently asked, plainly answered.

What does an engagement cost?

The ladder is public: Workflow Teardown €1,500 (credited to a pilot). Automation pilots typically €6,000–12,000. AI Product Sprints €7,500–15,000. Custom operations platforms €15,000–35,000. Ongoing care from €500/month. You get a fixed quote in writing before anything starts.

How fast is a first working system?

A working prototype usually exists in one to two weeks; a production pilot in two to four, depending on integrations. You see progress weekly either way.

Do you replace our existing systems?

No. Pilots work around the systems you already run — intake, sorting, routing, checklists, exceptions and a clean handoff into your existing tools.

Does AI make decisions for us?

No. AI classifies, extracts, drafts, flags and routes. Anything regulated, financial or judgment-shaped goes to a human — the exception queue is a designed feature, not an apology.

How do you handle our data?

GDPR-aware by default: a processing agreement (AVV) for German firms, §203-aware confidentiality for professional practices, EU hosting on request, and deployment inside your own infrastructure where that's the right call.

Where are you based?

Kosovo — Central European timezone, working with clients in the DACH region and the US. Engineering happens here; your data can stay in the EU.

What if our workflow isn't worth automating?

Then the Teardown report says exactly that, and we stop there. That honesty is what you're paying for — and it's cheaper than finding out after a build.

Want to find the manual work hiding inside your business?

Book a free 30-minute workflow call. We'll map one repetitive process together and tell you honestly whether it's worth building — and what it would cost if it is. If a call feels too soon, the Workflow Teardown (€1,500, five days, credited toward any pilot) is the concrete first step.
